Enduro Trail

Creative trail design with spice!

Enduro is a much-used and overused term – market segment, mountain bike type, competitive discipline or trail style. For us, it is above all the latter: trails with technical challenges that creatively incorporate various natural features into the trail design and thus provide plenty of spice!

The technical enhancement of the single trail

In our opinion, it is not easy to differentiate between enduro and single trails, but in our understanding, enduro trails are generally more technically demanding, rougher and sometimes steeper. This trail style can be found again and again in  many trail networks, as natural conditions and topographical conditions contribute significantly to this.

Integrating existing natural features

Sophisticated enduro trail design does not require large movement of material, but incorporates  creatively and integratively existing features such as rocks, rock slabs, stones or roots into the trail. This creates space for different riding lines, which makes the trail more interesting on the one hand and allows challenging finesse to be incorporated at the top on the other. In terms of riding technique, enduro trails tend to be of medium to hard  difficulty and require good riding skills and more powerful mountain bikes with sufficient travel. As enduro trails are often a little steeper, it is important to make them as durable as possible by using sustainable materials and good water management.
